My name is Evan Sieker and I completed my degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia Okanagan, where I developed a strong foundation in exercise prescription and strength and conditioning. My academic journey and professional training have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to help clients improve their physical health and achieve their wellness goals while recovering effectively.
Growing up, I was passionate about sports and outdoor activities. I played hockey and enjoyed golfing and skiing, which formed my passion for staying active and overcoming physical challenges consistently. These experiences inspired me to pursue a career where I could assist others in breaking through their physical barriers and returning to their daily activities with renewed movement and confidence.
In my practice, I focus on creating personalized exercise programs tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe in a holistic approach to health and fitness, emphasizing not only physical strength but also overall well-being. My goal is to assist clients through education and support, helping them build sustainable habits that enhance their quality of life.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me in the gym, where I am dedicated to maintaining my own fitness. I also love exploring the beautiful Okanagan region through golfing and hiking. These activities not only keep me physically fit but also provide me with a sense of balance and relaxation.
