A few Important Policies…
Here at Harmony Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic, we understand sudden, unforeseen events can arise in everyone’s lives. However, out of respect for our practitioners and patients, we ask that patients try their best not to abandon, cancel or rearrange their appointments last minute. It is our commitment to you as our patient that you have an exceptional experience here at Harmony Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic and out of consideration for our practitioners and patients we have adopted the following office policies:
Arrival at the Office
Please arrive to your Initial Visit 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time so that you may have time to complete the intake forms and prepare for your treatment/session. In addition to this, please arrive on time for your subsequent visits to ensure you will receive your complete session.
In respect and consideration to our patients here at Harmony Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic, if you arrive late, your treatment session will be shortened to the remaining time left from your originally booked appointment. For example, if you had a 30-minute appointment booked and arrive 10 minutes late, your appointment would run the remaining 20 minutes to prevent any impact on the next patients booking. This policy is in place to respect all patients equally and provide all patients the time and care they expect.
Here at Harmony Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic, we have a strict 24-hour notice cancellation policy. Unless it is an emergency, if a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment without notice to our office or practitioners, the patient will be charged the no-show fee of the full price of the scheduled visit.
If canceling an appointment, we also require 24 hours notice. If given less than 24 hours notice, the cancellation will also be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is half the cost of the scheduled visit for the first occurrence, and the full cost for any other occurrences thereafter.
We understand sometimes life can throw us unexpected events and these unanticipated things are not always within our control.

*Please Note: Pregnant patients who go into labor and miss their scheduled appointment will not be charged a “no show” fee.
