Harmony Chiropractic & Wellness is committed to following the guidelines and regulations determined by BC Public Health and Interior Health to create a safe environment for patients and staff during the current COVID-19 pandemic. As government recommendations and requirements change, we will adjust procedures to remain in compliance and ensure the appropriate level of safety.
Requirement to Stay Away from Harmony Chiropractic & Wellness
Patients are prohibited from entering the office if:

They have hadsymptoms of COVID-19in the last 14 days

They have travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days

They have been identified by Public Health as a close contact of someone with COVID-19
-
They have been told to isolate by Public Health.
Patients that are unsure whether they may attend an appointment should call ahead to confirm.
Patients will be screened when they arrive for their appointments and will be sent home if they meet any of the listed prohibitions.
Requirements While at Harmony Chiropractic & Wellness
All patients are required to sanitize their hands as they come into the office.
All patients are required to wear an appropriate mask properly covering their nose and mouth at all times while in the office, unless the doctor asks them to remove it for examination purposes.
All patients are required to maintain physical distancing from other patients and staff unless they are in the process of being examined.
To reduce the number of patients in the waiting room, patients are asked to come to their appointment exactly on time.Patients that arrive early are asked to wait in their vehicle and not come up to the office until their appointment time.
Patients are asked to come alone, unless it is absolutely necessary for one additional person to be present for memory purposes or as an information source.
Patients are required to follow staff directions to ensure everyone’s safety while in the office.
